The fabulous gowns weren't the only ones to make a huge statement at this year's Oscar Awards. Jewelry and extra bling were great attention-getters as well. The pair of emerald earrings worn by Oscar nominee Viola Davis was one of the stand-out pieces. You know, when I saw it it reminded me of the pair worn by Angelina Jolie at the previous Oscars.
Anyhow, Viola's emerald earrings are by renowned jeweler Lorraine Schwartz. The pair is made of 112-carat faceted Colombian emeralds with lace diamond design. The diamond filigree covering the emeralds made them truly standout. If you look closely you'll see the intricate design it has.
Viola was wearing an emerald green gown by Vera Wang which complemented her Lorraine Schwartz emerald earrings perfectly!!
Now, wouldn't you just love to have this pair of earrings in your jewelry box? You'd probably have to rob a bank because it costs a fortune!
