Must-Have NYX Round Lipstick!

NYX is a cosmetics brand that is gaining popularity these days, especially here in the Philippines. Personally, I haven't had the chance to try any of its products but I sure would love to! I've been browsing some online shops that offer NYX products at affordable prices and I think I just found the perfect site that suits my budget.

The first NYX product I'd like to try is its Round Lipstick! This lip product has lots of positive reviews which makes me even more confident that I'm making the right choice in trying it out.

Anyway, I can't really go wrong with the Round Lipstick because it can be used all-year round! It is capable of providing a fantastic velvet texture and saturated color thanks to its mineral-based emollient formula. This makeup also prevents it from smudging.

NYX Round Lipstick is perfect! But the problem is, there are 144 shades to choose from!! And all of them seem like great colors so I hope I can choose one or several that suit me. Narcissus, Flower, Milan, Margarita, Sky Pink, and Watermelon seem like great shades!

Pretty, Cute and Outrageous is a Winner!

 

I just want to share something wonderful to all of you my readers out there. This fashion blog won Best Fashion Blog in the Professional Level at the 1st Annual Bloggy Awards. It's the first wherein bloggers all over Bicol converged to share their ideas and skills. It might not be a big deal to some but to me it is. I started this blog in 2007 and at that time I never thought this would ever win anything! I just started this because I wanted to share the beautiful things that I see in terms of fashion, beauty and many others. Truly beautiful and unique things deserve to be shared do you agree? 

Pretty, Cute and Outrageous was actually nominated in three categories: Best Fashion Blog, Best Beauty Blog, and Best Blog Design.It only won in the first category but I'm so happy and proud it did!

This award just inspires me even more to share all the beautiful things out that my eyes will behold! And I hope, you, my readers, won't get tired of checking back here to see what's new!

Kate Winslet and Lancome for Golden Hat

Kate Winslet and Lancome has teamed up for a unique makeup collection called Golden Hat for the holiday season. This collection is not merely for the sake of making profit. There's an underlying noble reason and that is for charity specifically for the Golden Hat Foundation which is spearheaded by Kate. The Golden Hat Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps children with autism.

Lancome and Kate's Golden Hat collection is composed of great powder, lipsticks and nail polish.

 The powder called Golden Hat Illuminating Smooth Powder Goldenescent Glow is a shimmery pink powder that can be applied all over the face. This provides a smooth glow to the face for a more attractive you. It costs $42.

Five shades compose the Golden Hat L'Absolu Rouge Lip Color: True Red, Soft Cream Brown, Creamy Pink, Soft Cream Red and Pearly Translucent White that serves as base. Each stick will cost you $29.

The last one is the Golden Hat Mini Le Vernis Nail Polish also with five shades: Golden sparkle, Soft Cream Brown, Creamy Pink, Soft Cream Red, and True Red! Each one costs $15.

Amazing Dior Collection with Anselm Reyle

There's something new to wow you from Dior! The fashion house teamed up with German artist Anselm Reyle for a range of colorful and trendy handbags, key rings, bracelets and nail polishes that will definitely gladden your beating heart.

There was an exclusive preview of the collection on Monday at the Louis Vuitton headquarters where the products were shown off in a black lacquer shelving and colored mirrors.

The pieces really look lovely that you can't really help but say "I MUST have it!"

Kirsten Dunst Goes for Dramatic Look in Honor Dress

One of the events that you have to watch out for if you want to see some fabulous dresses are movie premieres! This is one of those times that celebrities really dress up and take fashion up to the nines. Sometimes it doesn't have to be all couture creation in order to b classy; even those with simple cuts are the ones that get noticed just like the dress worn by Kirsten Dunst at the premiere of her new movie Melancholia.

Kirsten sashayed on the red carpet at Curzon Mayfair in London, England. Her outfit came straight from the Spring 2012 Honor Collection by Giovanna Randall. It featured a paisley print bustier with a ruffled neckline. For her feet she chose a pair of navy Nicholas Kirkwood pumps.

I like this outfit very much! The silhouette has a sort of dramatic effect that I'm so into. I figured The Spring 2012 Honor Collection has something more to offer and voila! It's made up of fabulous pieces! You just have to check them out!

Balenciaga Spring 2012 Collection: A Huge Hit!

Balenciaga Collection at Paris Fashion Week

Something worth talking about happened at the Paris Fashion Show last week. That is, aside from the great dresses and fashion put on display on the runway. You see, benches started breaking at the Balenciaga Spring 2012 show last Thursday. And there were guests seated when that happened!

That must have been a picture-perfect moment for some of the VIPs Kate Lanphear and Eric Wilson who ended with their bum on the floor! For fear they'd end up with the same fate, other VIPs simply decided to stand throughout the show! Soome of these VIPs were Anna Wintour, Hamish Bowles, Salma Hayek and hubby Francois Henry Pinault.
